Jeff has provided affordable housing to over 41,000 families, deploying $3B+ across 240 manufactured housing communities in 25 states.
Jeff is also a co-founder and co-owner of Green Light Restaurant Group, which invests in exceptional multi-unit franchise concepts and select full-service restaurants. As an active early stage and growth investor, Jeff has advised and invested in several successful operating companies. Jeff is regularly sought out for his ability to optimize career paths and business ventures.

Jeff is vital in acquisitions and innovation efforts, and leverages his vast network for off-market opportunities. He is an expert at institutionalizing the processes for MHC through propriety industry tools and systems.
